盆式橡胶支座的结构原理是安置于密封钢盆中的橡胶块,在三向受力的情况下,而产生的反力,承受桥梁的垂直荷载,同时,利用橡胶的弹性,满足梁端的转动,通过焊接在上座板上的不锈钢板与聚四氟乙烯的自由滑移,完成桥梁上部构造的水平位移。本系列产品具有结构合理,承载能力大,变形小,水平位移量大,转动灵活,并有良好的缓冲性能,是建筑连续式桥梁的最佳支座, 盆式橡胶支座且具有重量轻,结构紧凑,构造简单,建筑高度低,加工制造方便,节省钢材,降低造价等优点,是适宜于大垮桥梁使用的较理想的支座。

1、盆式橡胶支座分类
1. Classification of basin type rubber bearings
盆式橡胶支座根据应用范围可以分为三大类:公路桥梁盆式橡胶支座、铁路桥梁盆式橡胶支座及盆式橡胶支座的衍生品。常用的公路盆式橡胶支座型号有:GPZ盆式橡胶橡胶支座和GPZ(Ⅱ)盆式橡胶橡胶支座(依据GT391-1999) ,GPZ(KZ)盆式橡胶支座等几个系列。常用的铁路盆式橡胶支座有TPZ-I铁路盆式橡胶支座,TPZ标铁路盆式橡胶支座,专桥8156铁路桥梁支座。 盆式橡胶支座的衍生品种类很多,比如 QPZ盆式橡胶橡胶支座、KPZ系列盆式橡胶支座、弹性减震球型钢支座、自调高盆式橡胶支座等。每一类根据位移形式可分为固定(GD)、单向活动(DX)和双向活动(SX)三种。

The commonly used types of highway basin type rubber bearings are: GPZ basin type rubber and rubber bearings and GPZ (II) basin type rubber rubber bearings (based on GT391-1999), GPZ (KZ) basin type rubber bearings and other series. The commonly used railway basin type rubber bearings include TPZ-I railway basin type rubber bearings, TPZ standard railway basin type rubber bearings, and special bridge 8156 railway bridge bearings. There are many kinds of derivatives of basin rubber bearings, such as QPZ basin type rubber and rubber bearings, KPZ series basin type rubber bearings, elastic shock absorption steel bearings, self adjusting high basin rubber bearings and so on. Each class can be divided into three types: fixed (GD), one-way activity (DX) and two-way activity (SX) according to the displacement form.
2、盆式橡胶支座常用标准

常用的有GPZ、GPZ(Ⅱ)、GPZ(KZ)三大类。 GPZ(II)系列支座目前承载力为31个级别,承载力0.8MN-60MN,能满足大型桥梁建造的需要。 GPZ(II)标准系列中,固定支座在各方向和单向活动支座非滑移方向的水平承载力均不小于支座坚向承载力的10%抗震型支座水平承载力不小于支座坚向承载力的20%。 支座转动角度不小于0.02rad. 5201硅脂润滑后,常温型活动支座设计摩阻系数最小取0.03.;加5201硅脂润滑后,耐寒型活动支座设计摩阻系数最小取0.06。
There are three categories of GPZ, GPZ (II) and GPZ (KZ) commonly used. The bearing capacity of GPZ (II) series bearings is 31 levels, and the bearing capacity is 0.8MN-60MN, which can meet the needs of large bridge construction. In the GPZ (II) standard series, the horizontal bearing capacity of the fixed bearing in the non slip direction of each direction and the single direction movable support is not less than the 10% of the bearing capacity of the bearing, and the horizontal bearing capacity of the aseismic bearing is not less than 20% of the bearing capacity of the bearing. Bearing rotation angle is not less than 0.02rad. 5201 grease lubrication, normal temperature type movable bearing design minimum friction coefficient 0.03.; add 5201 grease lubrication, cold type movable bearing design friction coefficient minimum 0.06.
3、安装
3, installation
(1)、把锚柱安装在支座底板四角。
(1) the anchor column is installed on the four corners of the support plate.
(2)、浇注支座支墩,留出顶端一段高度,留出高度要比支座的锚柱大些;
(2) pouring support pier, leaving the top part of the height, set the height of the anchor column larger than the support;
(3)、把支座吊到垫石上方,校正平面位置和高度;
(3) lifting the support to the top of the pad to correct the position and height of the plane;
(4)、浇注垫石混凝土;
(4) pouring stone concrete;
(5)、安装支座上部的4个锚柱;
(5) installing 4 anchors on the upper part of the support;
(6)、安装现浇梁模板,绑扎现浇梁钢筋;
(6) installation of cast-in-place beam formwork, banding cast in place beam reinforcement;
(7)、浇注梁体混凝土

(8)、拆除支座两侧的临时连接。
